I thought I already had tools to help me when I am feeling stressed or anxious. I go to yoga sometimes, practice mindful breathing, and have some go-to meditations on Youtube saved. However, Michele provided me with so many other tools and through guided practice, empowered me to really make more time for myself to be more mindful in all aspects of my life. It brought peace to my week.

Michele provided me with the tools I could use in my daily life to be focused on present moments. I really loved the sound meditation and we are using it as a family with three-minute meditation time! Her classes were very well organized and all the materials were bringing more energy and positive affirmations to the group.

The flow in the class was wonderful and easily doable for the beginner and for those who have a little more experience. It brought the energy of the group in a combined purpose – the energy of the group was palatable – I felt calm and excited at the same time. Wonderfully presented - real do-able strategies - enjoyable, fulfilling and empowering – left me wanting more!!!
